In the very rare case that there is an issue with the printing on your apparel or any kind of manufacturing defect, we will either refund or quickly replace your item(s), whichever you prefer. Please email a photo of your item(s) to speed up the process.
Please note: all replacement/refund requests must be made within 60 days of placing the order. Beyond that time frame, we will not be held responsible. This includes orders that were not delivered due to a UPS/USPS error. We will make these right BUT it has to be within 60 days of placing the order, otherwise the tracking data is no longer available.
Since we print all of our shirts on demand and do not hold an inventory like larger companies are able to do, we cannot accept returns for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong size or color. There are sizing charts on every product page for your reference. However, if you did order the wrong item, please let us know and we will work with you to get you the correct item at a deeply discounted cost. We know that everyone makes mistakes sometimes and will do our absolute best to make you happy, as always.
